Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer to support our bespoke kitchen, dining, and wardrobe design projects. The role will involve collaborating with clients, designers, and technical teams to create stunning visual concepts, detailed drawings, and marketing materials that bring custom furniture solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design Development & Visualisation:
o Liaise with clients and internal designers to fully understand functional needs and aesthetic preferences.
o Create custom digital mood boards, material palettes, and visual storyboards to guide design development.
o Prepare high-resolution 2D plans and elevations, as well as 3D renderings, visualisations, and walkthroughs of kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture layouts.
o Convert technical sketches and hand-drawn layouts into refined digital graphics using CAD or visual design tools.
· Branding & Marketing Design:
o Design visually consistent and on-brand brochures, product catalogues, flyers, and promotional materials for both print and digital use.
o Develop branded templates and graphics for proposals, social media content, website updates, and client presentations.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain visual identity across all touchpoints, including exhibitions, email campaigns, and ad creatives.
· Client Presentations & Project Proposals:
o Assemble presentation-ready project documents and visuals for client meetings and tenders.
o Tailor visual content to meet varying client styles—from contemporary and minimalist kitchens to traditional or luxury wardrobes.
· Asset Management & Technical Support:
o Maintain and regularly update the company’s digital design library, including materials, finishes, handles, appliances, and fixtures.
o Prepare print-ready documents with correct dimensions, scale, and resolution for manufacturing or promotional use.
o Liaise with external printers, signage providers, and branding agencies as required for production.
· Revisions & Quality Assurance:
o Incorporate feedback from clients and project managers into revised design drafts.
o Conduct final checks to ensure accuracy in layout dimensions, colour schemes, and branding elements.
o Follow internal review and approval processes before content is released or submitted.
· Research & Trend Analysis:
o Stay informed about the latest in interior design trends, layout innovations, materials, finishes, and sustainable solutions.
o Recommend updates to design templates and creative strategies based on current market aesthetics and customer expectations.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic or interior design, preferably in a home interiors or custom furniture business.
· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3ds Max.
· A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
· Portfolio demonstrating experience with design visuals, renderings, and promotional materials.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining design quality and accuracy.
· Good understanding of layouts, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy in both digital and print formats.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix) for updating web visuals.
